Judy Levine, Cause Effective's Executive Director since 2006, has over 30 years of experience as a nonprofit management advisor. At Cause Effective since 1993 and as an independent consultant, Judy has trained and consulted with well over 1,000 nonprofit organizations on issues in fund diversification, donor engagement, and Board and organizational development. Judy has worked across many organizational cultures and is expert at tailoring consultations in order to meet the needs of different audiences. Judy helped create many of the methodologies that Cause Effective uses today, specifically in the areas of resource and organizational expansion.
Gregory Cohen joined Cause Effective as a Senior Associate in 2006, and became Associate Director in 2016. He has provided coaching and training to the board and staff of hundreds of clients, primarily in the areas of fundraising planning, individual donor development and governance. He specializes in converting resistant boards into becoming competent and effective fundraisers.
